Optizads

Optizads vs AgencyAnalytics. Client reports, or the work behind them.

AgencyAnalytics gathers each client's data from more than 85 marketing tools into reports and dashboards, and its AI drafts the commentary. Optizads covers Google Ads alone and does the work its reports describe: Oppy audits the account every week, writes each change and applies it once you approve. Its Overview, goals, forecasts and reports all read the same figures.

Where Optizads goes further.

  • The changes, made

AgencyAnalytics reads Google Ads with read permissions, so its AI can point at wasted spend but not remove it. Oppy writes the negative keyword or the budget move, applies it once you approve and reads the account back.

  • A weekly audit with its evidence

AgencyAnalytics flags trends and anomalies in the figures. Oppy audits the account settings behind them every week, and each finding becomes a task that shows the rows that prove it.

  • A forecast that counts the open work

The Goals chart draws a Potential line beside the forecast. It shows where the account goes once Oppy's open tasks are made, each from the day it would run, with its own range.

Which fits you.

  • AgencyAnalytics fits when

Your agency reports on many channels for many clients, from SEO and social to ads and ecommerce, and wants white-label dashboards and AI-drafted commentary at a price per client.

  • Optizads fits when

Google Ads is the work your clients pay for, and you want that work done and reported in one place: an Overview, goals with a forecast, and reports built from the same figures.

The real difference: reporting the work, or doing it.

AgencyAnalytics is built to show a client what happened across every channel. It reads more than 85 tools, adds goals, benchmarks and trend forecasts, and its AI writes the paragraph the client reads. On Google Ads it has read permissions only, so every change stays with your team.

Optizads covers one channel and is built around the changes. Each night it stores the account's figures and reads the last 35 days again, because Google keeps adding conversions late. The Overview, the Goals page, every report card, including those Oppy draws in the chat, reads those same figures, so the client's report and your pacing chart agree.

Optizads writes no AI summary into a report. The figures come from Google, and the only commentary is the note you add. When a client asks why cost per lead rose, you ask Oppy in the chat: it answers with the chart, then proposes the fix.

Many agencies need both. Take Harbor & Pine, a made-up agency reporting SEO, Meta and Google Ads for 18 clients. A cross-channel tool builds the monthly deck. For the six clients whose budget is mostly Google Ads, Optizads runs the account and builds that channel's report.

Questions about this comparison.

Anything else? Ask Oppy in the product, or write to the team.

Can AgencyAnalytics make changes in Google Ads?

Its Google Ads page says it connects to the account with read permissions. It reports and points at opportunities, and your team makes the changes. Optizads writes each change and applies it once you approve.

Does Optizads report on SEO, Meta or social media?

No. Optizads reports on Google Ads, with figures from Analytics 4, Search Console and your Google Sheets beside it. For one report across SEO, social and ads, a tool such as AgencyAnalytics fits better.

Does Optizads write AI summaries in client reports?

No. A report holds the figures read from Google, the cards you chose and the note you write. Oppy explains the figures in the chat instead, where you can ask a follow-up question.

Can Optizads send white-label reports?

Yes, from an agency workspace. Reports, their PDF and the email carry your logo, name and colour. The weekly, monthly and quarterly reports are built on schedule, and any report can be sent by hand to up to 20 people with its PDF.

Where does the AgencyAnalytics information come from?
