Optizads

Something breaks overnight. You know by morning. Not at the next monthly review.

Every hour, Oppy checks what can stop an account at once: a billing problem, a suspended account, ads Google refuses. Every night, it reads the day before: spend that stopped, a budget that ran short, conversions that fell to zero. Each alert says what happened, and links the task that fixes it when there is one.

Four groups, one decision each. Turn off what you do not need. One group stays on.

What it watches
Can you turn it off?
Account health and billing
Spend that stopped, an account suspended or closed, a billing hold, ads restricted by policy
No. Money leaving or an account going dark is never muted by accident.
Performance
Conversions that stopped against the account's own rate, cost per conversion that moved, spend under pace or running far ahead of the month, a campaign limited by its own budget
Yes
Ads and policy
Ads Google disapproved, landing pages that stopped loading, a drop in the account's Quality Score
Yes
Account changes
A campaign switched on or off outside Optizads, a conversion setting changed, recommendations applied in Google Ads

Judged on your account, not a rule of thumb. So a quiet Tuesday is not an emergency.

  • Your own baseline

Each alert is judged against how this account normally behaves, so a quiet day for you is not an alarm.

  • Learning periods respected

After a bid strategy change, cost alerts stay low priority and out of your inbox while the campaign settles.

  • Quiet after your own change

After you change a spending limit, the related alerts stay quiet for a while rather than report what you just did.

An alert you can act on. And one that closes itself.

An alert lands in Waiting on you, in the account's language, with money in its currency. Where a task fixes its cause, the two are linked, and the alert closes once the next check sees the cause gone.

  • Emails that say which account

Each alert email names the account and opens its task.

  • Urgent ones by email

Urgent alerts are emailed as they are raised, to the list you set. The others wait in the app.

  • Resolved on its own

An alert whose cause went away says so, instead of waiting for someone to close it.

Nothing an alert suggests runs without you. Even an overspend cut is proposed on the alert, one click away.

Everything else an alert suggests waits for a person, in both modes.

Questions about alerts.

Anything else? Ask Oppy in the product, or write to the team.

How often does Oppy check my account?

Every hour for account status, billing, policy limits and ads Google refuses, new ones included before they serve. Every night for spend, pacing, conversions and changes made in Google Ads, on the previous day's figures.

Can I turn alerts off?

Three of the four groups can be turned off in Settings, Alerts: performance, ads and policy, and account changes. Account health and billing always stays on.

Who receives alert emails?

The urgent ones go to the email list you set for the account in Settings, Alerts. Everyone in the workspace sees every alert in the app.

Will Oppy act on an alert by itself?

No. Every fix an alert carries, an overspend cut included, waits for a person, in both modes.
