Optizads

A Google Ads report builder. Cards on a grid, or one of 24 templates.

The report builder puts Google Ads cards on a 12-column grid: key figures, charts, campaign tables and Google Ads tables with the columns you choose. Start blank or from a template, pick the period, then download the PDF, send it to up to 20 people or share a link.

  • 36 card types
  • 24 templates
  • One Google Ads account per report

Cards on a 12-column grid. Drag, resize, set, save.

Each card is 3, 4, 6, 8 or 12 columns wide. Cards sit in order, wrap to the next row and never overlap, so the page and the PDF keep the same shape. Open the Card library, click Add a card, then drag it into place or pull its edge to widen it. Undo and Redo cover every move. A report holds up to 30 cards.

  • Tables that make room

A table card widens to fit the columns you show: its narrowest width is the number of columns plus two.

  • Templates stay intact

Customize on a template saves your version as a new report the whole workspace can open. The template itself never changes.

36 cards, in seven groups. Each one says where its figures come from.

In the card library, a label on each card names its source: Google Ads, Google Ads read live, Google Ads or Analytics, Oppy, or your own words.

Every card but Budget pacing, Main goal, Impression share, Waiting on you and Note downloads its rows as CSV or Excel.

Google Ads tables, set like a spreadsheet. Seventeen of them, read live.

Every table takes the same four settings, and every figure is Google's own count for the whole period.

  • Columns

Tick the columns to show, at least one. The keywords table offers Quality Score, clicks, CTR, avg. CPC, spend, conversions, conversion rate, cost per conversion, conversion value and ROAS.

  • Sort and rows

Sort by the row name or any column, in either order, and show 3 to 100 rows. The default puts the best first, which for a cost means the cheapest.

  • The table's own filters

Campaign containing a word (case and accents ignored), match type, answered or missed calls, minimum call length, asset kind or placement kind, depending on the table.

  • One row per thing

Products, assets, click types and placements that Google splits over several rows are added up, so a product shows once with its figures summed.

One report, built in a few minutes.

Acme Store, the made-up outdoor shop of these examples, wants one page a month for its two partners. Maren opens the Monthly template, clicks Customize, and swaps the searches card for a Keywords table filtered to campaigns containing "outerwear", sorted by cost per conversion, 10 rows.

She adds a Note with two lines on the new rain shell range. Saved as "Partners, monthly", the report reopens on last month each time, against the month before.

Periods and comparisons. In the account's own calendar.

Pick Last week (Monday to Sunday), Last month, Last quarter, This month, the last 7, 30 or 90 days, or two dates before today. Periods follow the account's time zone and count only finished days.

Compare with offers the period before, the same days last year, or no comparison. Whole months compare with as many months before; a part month compares with the same days of the month before. Each key figure can carry its own comparison.

GA4 and Search Console beside the ads. On two cards, by design.

Key figures holds one to eight metrics from the full catalogue of 157: 80 from Google Ads, 73 from Google Analytics 4 and 4 from Search Console. Your own Google Sheets and Calculated metrics fit there too. The Performance chart draws any Google Ads, GA4 or Search Console metric over time. Every other card reads Google Ads only.

A shop can line up spend, ROAS, GA4's revenue from ads and organic clicks in one row. How each is totalled is on the data and metrics page; every metric is in the metrics catalogue.

Stored figures and live figures.

  • Stored each night

Key figures, charts, pacing, the main goal and the campaign cards read the figures Optizads stores nightly. The page says "Google Ads figures read on" and the day.

  • Read live

Searches, audience cards and every table read Google Ads when the report opens, so they show the latest figures.

  • One card fails alone

A card that cannot load says why, such as "Google Analytics is not connected" or "Google did not answer in time". The rest of the report still shows.

Once it is built. Saved for the workspace, ready to leave.

A saved report sits on the Reports page for everyone in the workspace. From there it downloads as a PDF, goes out by email with the PDF attached, or opens through a public link, and that page says who may do which. The PDF keeps the grid: each card at the width you gave it, long tables carried on to the next sheet.

Building is by hand, and so is sending. A report you build is never scheduled. Only the weekly, monthly and quarterly reports are built on their own, and they open as their templates under Written by Oppy.

The same cards in the chat. Ask, and Oppy draws one.

Oppy can answer a question with a report card. It picks the card and the days; Optizads reads every figure itself.

  • 35 cards, three per answer

Every card but Note can appear in a conversation, with the same periods and comparisons. See generative UI.

  • A snapshot

A chat card keeps the figures from the moment it was drawn. A See all reports link under it opens the Reports page.

Questions about the report builder.

Anything else? Ask Oppy in the product, or write to the team.

Can I build a Google Ads report from scratch?

Yes. Pick Blank report in the template gallery and add cards from the card library. You can also open any of the 24 templates and customize it, which saves a copy for the whole workspace.

Can one report cover several Google Ads accounts?

No. A report reads one Google Ads account. An agency builds a report per client account, and each can carry the agency's brand.

Can I schedule a custom report?

No. Only the weekly, monthly and quarterly reports are built on schedule, and their email is a notice without the PDF. Custom reports and the other templates are sent by hand with Send, which attaches the PDF.

Can I add GA4 or Search Console figures to a report?

Yes, on two cards. Key figures takes up to eight metrics from Google Ads, GA4, Search Console and your own Sheets and calculated metrics. The Performance chart draws one Google Ads, GA4 or Search Console metric over time. Every other card reads Google Ads only.

Does Oppy write a summary in the report?

No. Reports hold figures, charts and tables. The only text is the card names, the template's one-line summary, the titles of changes and any Note you add.

Are the figures the same as in Google Ads?

They are Google Ads' own figures. Ratios are worked out from the period's totals, never by averaging days, and impression shares are read as Google totals them for the exact days of the report.
