1. Who we are

Optizads is a product of Afef Ayed, entrepreneur individuel (auto-entrepreneur) registered in France under SIREN 902 750 165, with registered address at 13 rue Sainte Ursule, 31000 Toulouse, France.

2. What data we collect

We collect only what you give us, directly:

Email address (when you submit our free audit form)
Monthly Google Ads spend range (rough bucket only)
Optional: website or landing page URL you share with us
Standard server logs (IP address, browser, timestamp), retained 30 days for security and abuse prevention

We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising. We do not buy data from third parties.

3. Why we collect it

Your form submissions are used exclusively to:

Run the free Google Ads audit you requested
Contact you with the audit results and discuss next steps
Reply to questions you send by email

We do not send unsolicited marketing emails. We do not share your data with anyone for marketing or advertising purposes.

4. Where your data lives

Your form submissions are processed and stored by Tally (tally.so), a GDPR-compliant form provider. The website itself is hosted on Vercel, with EU edge nodes preferred. Email correspondence is handled via Google Workspace.

We retain submissions for as long as the lead is active. If we have not exchanged messages with you within 24 months, your record is automatically deleted from our systems.

5. Your rights (GDPR)

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

Right to access: ask us what data we hold about you
Right to rectification: ask us to correct inaccurate data
Right to erasure: ask us to delete your data
Right to data portability: receive your data in a portable format
Right to object: ask us to stop processing your data
Right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL (French data protection authority) at www.cnil.fr

6. Security

Form submissions are transmitted over HTTPS. Tally encrypts data at rest. We restrict access to your data to people who need it to deliver your audit. We do not sell, rent, or trade your data with anyone.

7. Updates to this policy

We may update this policy as our service evolves. Material changes will be flagged at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
