1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the Optizads website (optizads.com) and any related free services, including the free Google Ads audit. By using the site or submitting any form, you accept these terms.

Optizads is a product of Afef Ayed, entrepreneur individuel (auto-entrepreneur), SIREN 902 750 165, registered at 13 rue Sainte Ursule, 31000 Toulouse, France. Contact: contact@afef-ayed.com.

2. The free audit service

The free audit is an advisory deliverable. We analyze the Google Ads account information you provide and share findings, observations, and recommendations. Optizads does not directly modify, edit, pause, or approve anything in your account.

You retain full ownership and full control of your Google Ads account at all times.

3. Your responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when submitting the audit form
• Only request audits for Google Ads accounts you own or are explicitly authorized to share
• Not misuse the website (no scraping, no fraud, no attempts to disrupt service)
• Approve or reject any recommendations on your own judgement

4. No warranty, no guarantee

Audit findings are based on data available at the time of analysis and on industry best practices. Google Ads is a dynamic platform, and results from applying any recommendation depend on factors outside our control (your market, competitors, seasonality, your team's implementation, Google's algorithm changes).

Optizads makes no guarantees regarding revenue impact, CPA reduction, ROAS, or any other performance outcome. The audit is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by French law, Optizads (Afef Ayed) is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the audit or any recommendation. For the free audit specifically, since no payment is exchanged, our maximum total liability is limited to zero euros.

6. Intellectual property

The Optizads name, logo, workflow library, audit framework, and all original content on this site are the property of Afef Ayed. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or resell our content or methodology without written permission.

Conversely, any data you share with us remains 100% yours. We do not claim ownership of your Google Ads data, your business data, or anything you send us.

7. Privacy

Your data is handled per our Privacy Policy. Read it to understand what we collect and how we use it.

8. Future paid services

These terms cover the free audit and the public website only. Paid services (SaaS subscriptions, custom DFY engagements, white-label arrangements) will be governed by separate written agreements signed before any payment is collected.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through good-faith discussion will be submitted to the competent courts of Toulouse, France.

10. Updates

We may update these terms as our service evolves. The current version is always available at this URL. Material changes will be flagged at the top of the page.

Note: this entity is transitioning to a SASU corporate form in September 2026. Updated terms reflecting the new legal entity will be published at that time.
