How to use the list
Negative keywords do not match close variants, so a negative for 'job' does not block 'jobs'. The plural box writes both.
Check the list against your own business before you paste it. 'Cheap' is waste for a luxury brand and a buyer's word for a discount shop. 'Repair' is waste for a shop and the whole business for a repairer.
Then read your own search terms. A starting list catches the common cases; your report shows the ones that are yours.

Which match type should negatives use?
Phrase match is a safe default for single words and short phrases: it blocks searches containing the phrase. Use exact for a precise search you want to block without touching longer ones.
Where should I add these negatives?
In a shared negative keyword list attached to every campaign, since they are wrong for the whole business.
