Every number states its date range, so 'last month' never means something different in two answers.

Answers come from your data. Not from a general idea of Google Ads.

Is Oppy a general chatbot?

No. Oppy is built for Google Ads accounts. It reads your account, Keyword Planner and your files, and it works through the actions Optizads can run.

Can Oppy make changes from the chat?

It proposes them as tasks. A change Oppy writes always waits for your approval, in both modes. Once you approve it, Oppy applies it and logs it in History.

Which model does Oppy use?

Oppy runs on large language models from leading AI providers, chosen by the team that builds it. The model is the same for every account and is included in your plan. The [privacy policy](@subProcessors) names every provider.

Can I upload files?

Yes. Drop, paste or pick pictures and PDFs in the chat, or share a Google Sheet. Files stay available to Oppy and are listed in the Library, where you can remove them.

Does it work in French?

Yes. Ask in French or English and Oppy answers in the language you read the app in, with dates, money and chart titles in that language.
