Optizads

Know where your month will land. While there is still time to change it.

Optizads forecasts your Google Ads spend, conversions and goals to the end of the month, every day, from your own account's history. You see the likely month end and a range around it, so you can fix a budget or a campaign before the month is gone.

  • Updated every night
  • Spend, conversions and goals
  • Built from your own account

The month end, before it happens. With a range, not a guess.

Every morning, each figure shows where it is heading by the last day of the month. A likely range sits around it, so you can see at a glance how sure the forecast is.

  • Every figure, every day

Spend, clicks, conversions and each of your goals get their own forecast to the end of the month, and further ahead.

  • A range you can plan with

The range comes from how close past forecasts on your own account came to what really happened.

  • Read again every night

Each night the day that just ended is added, so the forecast moves with your account.

Act while the month can still be saved. Not in next month's report.

When the month is heading over budget or under its goal, you see it on the Overview the same morning, with what to spend a day to finish on target.

  • Budget pace at a glance

Spent so far, the projected month end, and the daily amount that ends the month on budget.

  • Goals against the plan

Each goal says whether it is on plan or behind, with its forecast running to the end of the month.

  • The fix, ready to approve

When the month heads over budget, the pacing alert comes with the daily budget cuts that bring it back. You approve them in one click.

Built on your account, not an average. It knows how Google Ads spends.

The forecast learns from your own results: your busy and quiet days, your season, your budgets. It follows the rules of Google Ads too, so it never shows a month your budgets cannot spend.

  • Your weekdays and your season

A quiet Sunday or a busy December comes from your account, not from an industry benchmark.

  • Your live budgets

The spend forecast stays inside what your current budgets let Google charge in a month.

  • Conversions still to come

Google keeps adding conversions to recent days. The forecast counts the ones that have not arrived yet.

The same forecast, wherever you look. One month end for the whole team.

What the forecast does not promise.

  • A range, not one number

No forecast is exact, so Optizads shows a likely range around the month end. Small accounts move a lot from week to week, and their range is wider.

  • Not a what-if simulator

You cannot type a budget and watch the month change. The forecast shows where the month is heading at today's settings.

  • Try it on your own figures

The free forecast calculator projects a month end from your daily results. The guide how to forecast Google Ads results shows the method by hand, and how the Optizads forecast works explains ours in plain words.

How does Optizads forecast my Google Ads month?

It reads your account's daily results every night and projects each figure day by day to the end of the month, following your weekdays, your season and your budgets. The forecast shows on the Overview, on Goals and in reports, with a likely range.

How much history does it need?

A forecast appears after 7 days of data. Until the account has four weeks of history it follows the recent average, then it learns your own patterns.

How accurate is it?

No forecast is exact, so Optizads shows a likely range rather than a single promise. The range is sized from how close past forecasts came on your own account, and it is wider for small accounts.

Is it the same as Google's Performance Planner?

No. Performance Planner simulates the auction at other budgets. Optizads forecasts where your current month is heading at today's settings, from your own results.

Can I see what happens if I change my budget?

Not as a simulator. The Goals page draws a Potential line with what Oppy's open tasks would add once you approve them.
