Your main goal, counted from your table
When your CRM knows sales Google Ads never sees, count the main goal from your table instead. A day the table does not hold is counted from Google Ads, and the Plan's Results show the split.
Remove a file and it is deleted from storage for good. Its rows stop feeding the audit the same day.

Which files does Oppy read?
Spreadsheets and Google Sheets are read, and their rows feed the audit and Oppy's tasks. Knowledge keeps one tab of each spreadsheet, as it was when you added it. Name the file in the chat and Oppy reads every tab of it. Pictures and PDFs you add in the chat stay in front of Oppy for that conversation. Other links are kept as addresses for your team.
Does Oppy read every tab of a Google Sheet?
In the chat, yes. Name the sheet and Oppy reads every tab, fresh from Google at that moment, not only the one the link opens on. The copy Knowledge keeps for the audit holds one tab, as it was when you added it.
Who can see Knowledge?
Everyone in your workspace who can open the account. Each client has its own Knowledge, so one client's files and facts stay with that client.
How often is my site read?
After your first audit, then every week. Read it again at any time from Settings, Your business, and saving a new website reads it at once.
What happens when I remove a file?
It is deleted from storage and cannot be recovered, and its rows stop feeding the audit. Removing a link only forgets the address.
