Google Ads report templates. Twenty-four reports, each built to answer one question.
Each template is a ready-made Google Ads report: a set of cards, a period and a comparison, chosen for one question about an account. Open it and it fills with your own account's figures. Keep it as it is, or customize it in the report builder.

Regular reports.
The three reports a team reads on a rhythm. They open on last week, last month or last quarter, each against the one before.
Performance overview.
How the account's parts compare: campaigns, ad groups, keywords and labels, plus two checks on the clicks themselves.
- Campaigns reportEvery campaign over the last 30 days, ranked and compared.
- Ad group performanceEach ad group with its clicks, cost and conversions, and the account's key figures.
- Search keywordsYour keywords with their Quality Score, what they cost and what they bring.
- Label performanceYour campaigns grouped by label, to compare your categories.
- Invalid clicksThe clicks Google set aside and did not charge you for, campaign by campaign.
- Click typesWhere people click on your ads, and the interactions Google does not charge you for.
Goals and conversions.
What the clicks turned into. One template for every conversion action, one for the phone calls behind them.
Where and when your ads ran.
What people searched for, who they were, where they were, at what hour, and on which sites and apps the ads showed.
- Searches reportWhat people searched for, and which searches paid off.
- Audience reportThe devices, hours, places and people behind the results.
- Audience segmentsYour lists and interests, and the people they reached.
- Days and hoursThe days and hours your ads get the most clicks and conversions.

Shopping and Performance Max.
For accounts with a product feed: every product, every Google category, and the asset groups of Performance Max.
How a template works. From the gallery to a report you can send.
Open it from the gallery
In Reports, click Template gallery and pick a template. It opens at once with the figures of the Google Ads account you are in.
Change the days if you need to
Pick another period, or compare with the period before, the same days last year or nothing at all. Only finished days count, in the account's own time zone.
Customize it
Click Customize to save a copy for the whole workspace. Move cards, resize them, change their settings, or add cards from the card library.
Send or share it
Download the PDF, send it to up to 20 addresses with the PDF attached, or, as an admin, add a public link that opens without signing in.
What each template opens on.
The three regular reports open on whole periods. The weekly report opens on last week, Monday to Sunday. The monthly report opens on last month, and the quarterly report on last quarter. Each is compared with the period before.
The other 21 templates answer one question each, so they open on the last 30 days against the 30 days before. That window is long enough for a small account to show a pattern, and short enough to act on.
A template never changes for one account. The cards stay the same, and only the figures are yours. When you change something and save it, you get your own copy, which every teammate in the workspace can open.
The reports Oppy builds on its own
Each week, month and quarter, Oppy stores a report for the account. It sits under the Written by Oppy tab and opens as the matching template over its own days, with figures read again when you open it. No report contains text written by an AI: the words are the card names, the template's own line, and any note you add.
Where the figures come from. Two sources, and the page says which.
Nightly figures
Key figures, charts, campaigns and budget pacing read the figures Optizads saves from Google Ads each night. The report says the day they were read.
Read live from Google Ads
Tables, search terms, devices, hours and places are read from Google Ads when the report opens, so they show the latest figures.
The same totals as Google
Every figure adds up the way Google adds it up, so a report matches what you see in Google Ads for the same days.
One account per report
A report covers one Google Ads account. An agency opens the same template on each client account, and each gets its own figures.
Which template to start with.
For a client or a manager
Start with the weekly or monthly report for the news. For a budget review, the quarterly report puts the main goal next to the campaigns.
For your own work on the account
Pick the template that matches the question. Money leaking on searches calls for the searches report. A cost per conversion that drifted calls for campaigns, then ad groups and keywords. Doubts about tracking call for conversions.
When none fits
Start from a blank report and add cards one by one. The report builder has 36 card types, and the metrics catalogue lists every figure a card can show.
Questions about report templates.
Anything else? Ask Oppy in the product, or write to the team.
Do I have to build a template before I can use it?
No. Every template is there from the start in every account. Open it from the Template gallery and it shows that account's figures straight away.
Can I change a template?
Yes. Click Customize and Optizads saves a copy of it for your workspace. You can then move, resize, add and remove cards, and change each card's settings. The original template stays as it was.
Can a template cover several Google Ads accounts?
No. Every report covers one Google Ads account. Open the same template on each account to get one report per account.
Are the templates sent automatically?
No template is sent on a schedule. Oppy stores a weekly, monthly and quarterly report on its own and emails a short notice that it is ready to the addresses set under Settings, Operator. The notice carries no PDF. To send a PDF, use Send on any report.
Do templates include Google Analytics or Search Console?
The templates read Google Ads. Key figures and Performance chart cards can also show Google Analytics 4 and Search Console metrics, so you can add them when you customize a template.
Can I put my agency's logo on a template?
Yes, on an agency workspace. Agencies set a logo, a name and a colour, and every report and PDF carries them. Solo workspaces show the Optizads mark.
