The short answer
Create your account with your name and language, and say whether you run Google Ads for your own business or for clients. Sign in with Google and choose the ad account, then pick a billing term to start the 14-day trial with no payment card. Check what Oppy understood about your business, set your goal, and start the audit. Your first tasks follow it.
1. Create your account
Go to app.optizads.com and sign up. First, add your name and the language you want Optizads and Oppy to speak to you in, English or French. You can change the language later from the account menu.
Then say who you manage Google Ads for:
- My business. A focused workspace for one business's Google Ads account.
- My agency. One place for client accounts, agency branding and one invoice.
2. Connect Google Ads
Sign in with Google and pick the Google Ads account Oppy should work on. Use the Google login that already has access to it. There is no ID to copy and no script to install.
- A manager account cannot be audited directly. Pick one of the ad accounts under it.
- A closed or suspended account cannot be linked.
See Connect Google Ads for permissions and what to do when the right account does not appear.
3. Choose a plan and start the trial
Your plan is set by the connected account's monthly ad spend, which is why this step comes after the connection. Pick a billing term and start the 14-day trial. No payment card is asked for, and nothing is charged automatically when the trial ends: you confirm a paid subscription to continue.
Accounts spending more than €30,000 a month get a plan built with our team instead.
4. Check what Oppy understood
Oppy reads the account and your site, then tells you in plain words what it understood about your business: what you sell, what the account counts as a result, and what that costs today.
Correct anything that is wrong. What you say wins over anything Oppy worked out. Leave a field blank if you would rather not say: Oppy will not invent an answer.
5. Set your goal
This step is filled in from your account. Oppy shows what each result costs today and how many you get a month, in the words your account uses, and proposes a target where the account has enough history.
The one thing only you can say is what you need to hit: a cost per result, a number of results a month, or both. Change the proposed figure or type your own, then carry on.
You can also give your margin. It is optional, and you can set it later in Settings, Your business.
6. Run the first audit
Start the audit. Oppy reads the account for a couple of minutes and changes nothing. Your tasks follow a few minutes later, by category, each with its evidence.
If the account has too little recent activity to audit, Oppy plans your first campaigns instead.
7. What to do next
- Read and approve your first tasks. Start with Account settings: tracking fixes make every later number right. See Tasks and approvals.
- Choose your mode. Suggest only is the default and the safest start. See Modes and money limits.
- Connect more sources. Google Analytics 4, Merchant Center and Search Console give Oppy more to work with. See Integrations.
- Invite your team. Plans are never priced by seat. See Team and access.
