The short answer
A product marked not eligible or disapproved is not in the auction at all. The account's numbers do not record its absence anywhere: it simply never appears in a report, which is exactly why nobody notices. Oppy groups those products by the issue behind them.
Why it matters
A limited product sells in fewer places. A blocked product sells nowhere. If it is a best seller, the account loses its sales and the reports show nothing wrong.
Blocks usually come from one issue repeated across many products: a missing identifier, a price that does not match the page, a policy problem with a category.
How Oppy decides
The check runs on accounts with a product feed that could be read.
Checks that weigh money or clicks judge what they find on your own account's numbers, not on one figure applied to every account, so what counts as a problem on a small account is not the same on a large one. Checks on settings read how the account is set up.
When there is too little to go on, the check says so instead of guessing. A finding always comes with the rows behind it, so you can read the evidence before you decide.

| Needs trustworthy conversions | No. It does not wait for the tracking step. |
| What happens next | Reported in the audit with the rows behind it. The decision stays with you. |
Check it yourself in Google Ads
- In Merchant Center, open Products, then Needs attention.
- Filter on products that are not showing, or disapproved.
- Read the issue for each and group them.
- Check which of those products you most want to sell.
What to do about it
Fix the issue that blocks the most products first. Common ones are a missing GTIN, a price or availability that does not match the landing page, and images that break the image rules.
For policy issues, read the policy, change the product data or the page, and request a review.
