The short answer
Run an audit from the Audits page or by asking Oppy in the chat; each account is also audited again every week. Each audit lists what it found, what it flagged in money, how many checks could read the account and how long it took, and downloads as a PDF. Reports go out weekly, monthly and quarterly to the email list in Settings, Operator, and Oppy builds one on request.
Run an audit
Start one from the Audits page, or ask in the chat, for example 'Run a new audit'. Download it as a short audit, the essentials in a few pages, or as the advanced one, every check with its evidence. Each account is audited again every week by itself.
Read an audit
What the Audits page shows for each audit Column What it means Findings How many things the audit found to fix or watch Flagged The money the findings could price, as recoverable Coverage How many checks could read the account Took How long the audit ran A row opens the audit's PDF, in English or French. Its findings are already in Tasks.
Reports
A weekly, a monthly and a quarterly report are built for each account. Each one shows whether every figure passed its check against its source.
- Who gets them. Set the email list in Settings, Operator. Everyone in the workspace can read every report in the app.
- On request. Ask Oppy for a report for any period in the chat.
- To clients. Agencies send them under their own brand, as a PDF, an email or a link.
Delete audits and reports
Delete one from its row, or several from the bulk bar. Deleting an audit removes it and its files, and its tasks stay. Deleting a report removes it and its shared links. Neither can be undone.
