The short answer
Each search on this list is, word for word, a keyword you bid on, yet a dynamic ad took it. The ad written for that keyword did not show. Oppy lists these searches from the last 30 days with their clicks and cost.
Why it matters
Google may show a dynamic ad instead of the keyword's own ad. It happens when the search matches the keyword in broad or phrase match and the dynamic ad has the higher Ad Rank.
The dynamic ad's headline is generated by Google from your site. The ad you wrote for that keyword, with its offer and its page, stays unseen.
How Oppy decides
Oppy reads the search terms of your dynamic ad groups over the last 30 days, with at least one click. It holds each search against every live keyword in the account, in any match type.
A search is listed when its words equal a keyword's exactly. Searches that only resemble a keyword are left alone.
Checks that weigh money or clicks judge what they find on your own account's numbers, not on one figure applied to every account, so what counts as a problem on a small account is not the same on a large one. Checks on settings read how the account is set up.
When there is too little to go on, the check says so instead of guessing. A finding always comes with the rows behind it, so you can read the evidence before you decide.

| What it reads | Search terms report |
| Needs trustworthy conversions | No. It does not wait for the tracking step. |
| What happens next | Reported in the audit with the rows behind it. The decision stays with you. |
Check it yourself in Google Ads
- In Google Ads, open Campaigns, then Insights and reports, then Search terms, for the last 30 days.
- Filter to your dynamic ad groups.
- Compare each search with your keyword list.
- Note the searches that equal a keyword word for word.
What to do about it
Add each of these searches as an exact match negative in the dynamic ad group that took it. The search then goes back to its keyword and the ad written for it.
Check again after you add keywords, since new keywords can create new overlaps.
