The short answer
Lists named Basket abandoners or Past buyers can sit at zero people for years. The tag that fills them is missing or not firing, and the correct names stop anyone asking. Oppy lists the audience lists too small to serve on both Search and Display.
Why it matters
A basket abandoner list is the cheapest revenue in ecommerce: people who chose a product and stopped at the last step. An empty one means none of them can be reached again.
A list too small to serve also makes any campaign built on it silent. It looks set up, and it does nothing.
How Oppy decides
The check reads every audience list with its size for Display and for Search.
Checks that weigh money or clicks judge what they find on your own account's numbers, not on one figure applied to every account, so what counts as a problem on a small account is not the same on a large one. Checks on settings read how the account is set up.
When there is too little to go on, the check says so instead of guessing. A finding always comes with the rows behind it, so you can read the evidence before you decide.

| Needs trustworthy conversions | No. It does not wait for the tracking step. |
| What happens next | Reported in the audit with the rows behind it. The decision stays with you. |
Check it yourself in Google Ads
- In Google Ads, open Tools, then Shared library, then Audience manager.
- Add the size columns for Search and Display if they are not shown.
- Note the lists too small to serve on both, and those at zero.
- For each, check how it is filled: the Google tag, Google Analytics, or a customer upload.
What to do about it
For lists filled by the website, check that the Google tag or Google Analytics audience is installed and firing on the right pages, such as the basket page for abandoners.
For customer lists, upload a fresh file. Remove lists nobody will fill, so the ones that remain are trusted.
