The short answer

Optizads stores what it reads from your Google Ads account and what your team does in the app, in a database in Ireland. Download what it holds for each ad account from Settings, Security and data. Removing an ad account deletes what it held, tasks and History included. To stop all access, remove Optizads from your Google account.

  1. What is stored, and where

The app and its database run in Ireland, in the EU. It keeps what it reads from Google Ads and your connected sources, your tasks, comments, audits, reports, files and History. Access tokens from Google are encrypted.

Oppy's answers are written by large language models from leading AI providers. The privacy policy lists every processor.

  2. Export

Settings, Security and data downloads what Optizads holds for that ad account, as a spreadsheet. Tasks also export as a spreadsheet, and audits, reports and plans download as PDF.

  3. Delete

    • An ad account. Removing it deletes what it held, its tasks and History included.
    • A file. Removing it from the Library deletes it from storage for good.
    • The whole workspace. Deleting it deletes the Google data stored for it. A few records the law or security requires may be kept, as the privacy policy explains.
  4. Revoke access

Remove Optizads from your Google account's third-party access. The service then stops working for that account.
