The short answer
A campaign that lives on phone calls should carry a call asset, a number someone can tap straight from the ad without loading the site. Oppy lists the Search campaigns with no call asset serving, on accounts whose goal is calls.
Why it matters
A call asset turns the ad itself into a way to call. For a plumber, a locksmith or a clinic, that is often the whole point of the click, and making people go through the site first loses some of them on the way.
Calls from the asset are also counted as conversions directly, which gives the bidding a clean signal.
How Oppy decides
The check is gated on what the account measures, not on its industry.
Checks that weigh money or clicks judge what they find on your own account's numbers, not on one figure applied to every account, so what counts as a problem on a small account is not the same on a large one. Checks on settings read how the account is set up.
When there is too little to go on, the check says so instead of guessing. A finding always comes with the rows behind it, so you can read the evidence before you decide.

| Step of the audit | Ads |
| What it reads | Campaigns, their settings and their results |
| Needs trustworthy conversions | No. It does not wait for the tracking step. |
| What happens next | Reported in the audit with the rows behind it. The decision stays with you. |
Check it yourself in Google Ads
- In Google Ads, open Campaigns, then Assets, and filter by asset type: Call.
- Check which campaigns have a call asset, at account, campaign or ad group level.
- List the Search campaigns that have none.
- Check the number and the hours the call asset is scheduled for.
What to do about it
Add a call asset with the number your team answers, at account level if it is the same everywhere, or per campaign if each area has its own line.
Schedule it for the hours someone picks up, so the ad does not offer a call that rings out.
