How Oppy turns your questions into charts

Ask in plain words, read the answer at a glance, and act on it in the same conversation.

The short answer

When you ask Oppy about your Google Ads, it answers with a picture made for the question: a chart, a table, a ranking or one of your report cards. The figures come from your own account for the dates you asked, and a chart that does not add up is never shown.

Why a chart beats a paragraph

Ask a colleague to compare five campaigns on cost per conversion and you get a table. Ask most chat assistants and you get five bullet points with three numbers each, and you rebuild the table in your head.

Oppy skips that step. The answer arrives as the picture that fits it, with one short sentence that says what to look at. You see the campaign that costs twice the others before you have read a word.

What you can ask

  • "How is October going?" The Key figures card, against the same days last month.
  • "Compare my campaigns on spend and cost per purchase." A table, one row per campaign.
  • "Which searches cost money without a sale?" The card of searches that waste, with the total.
  • "How did purchases move week by week?" A trend over the quarter.
  • "How does organic search compare with last month?" Search Console clicks and position, once connected.

Why you can trust the figures

Every answer says which days it covers, so you never wonder whether a figure is this week's or last month's.

Report cards are the same cards as your Reports page and its PDF. When Oppy shows one in the chat, Optizads reads every figure from your account itself: Oppy only chooses the card and the days.

Charts Oppy draws are checked before they appear. A chart with a missing figure or a broken row is not shown: Oppy fixes it or writes the figures out. Totals and percentages are calculated, so they always add up.

From the answer to the change

When an answer calls for a change, such as excluding a search that wastes money, Oppy proposes it on a card in the same conversation. Nothing changes until you click Apply.

Once you do, Optizads checks Google Ads to confirm the change is there, and lists it in History. You go from question to fix without leaving the thread.

What it does not do

Oppy never changes your account on its own from the chat. It keeps answers short, with at most two charts and three report cards each. A chart in the chat shows the figures of that moment: for a view you want every week, build it once in the report builder.

Questions, answered.

Where do the figures in Oppy's charts come from?

From your Google Ads account, and from Google Analytics 4 and Search Console once connected, for the dates you asked. Report cards take every figure from your account directly.

Can a chart be wrong?

A chart that does not add up is not shown: Oppy fixes it or writes the figures instead. Every answer also states its dates, so you can check them.

Can I keep a chart?

A chart in the chat shows the figures of that moment. For a view you want to follow, add the same card to a report in the report builder.

Does it work in French?

Yes. Ask in English or French and the charts, labels, dates and currency follow your language.
