The short answer
Optizads 1.27 puts Oppy in Slack, in beta. Ask in a direct message or a channel, get charts and tables, and approve changes there. In the chat, Oppy now makes the report of the month you name. Since 1.26, forecasts count a budget changed this month as Google bills it.
Oppy in Slack
Your team already talks about its accounts in Slack. Oppy can now answer there. Write to it in a direct message, mention @Oppy in a channel, or type /oppy and your question.
Answers come in Slack's own blocks: bar, line and pie charts, data tables, and cards for key figures. Oppy writes as it works, and each answer ends with Open in Optizads and a thumbs up or down.
One Slack thread is one conversation. It also shows in the app's Chat, marked with Slack's logo, so you can carry on at your desk.
Approve where the talk happens
When Oppy proposes a change, it comes as a card with Confirm. Confirm runs the change shown on the card, with the same checks as in the app. Tasks waiting for you come with Approve and Decline, the buttons of the Tasks page.
Nobody acts from Slack before linking their Slack to their Optizads login, with a one-time link Oppy sends them. Every message and every button checks again that the person may open the account.
A channel for each account
A channel can follow one ad account. An admin picks the account from Oppy's menu in that channel. Oppy then answers when mentioned, or answers every message if the admin prefers.
New Urgent and Needs attention alerts land in the channel. Each morning, a briefing gives yesterday's spend and conversions against a usual day. The changes waiting follow, each with Approve and Decline.

Slack is in beta. Write to us and we turn it on for your workspace. A workspace admin then adds it from Settings, Integrations. The Slack page covers the setup, and the privacy policy covers what is kept.
Reports by asking
Ask Oppy for the report of a past month, quarter or week, and it builds that report from the account's figures. Asking for September's monthly report is enough, and the PDF comes with the answer.
Ask for a report of your own, such as spend, conversions and the top campaigns over the last 30 days. Oppy saves it in Reports. Open it in the report builder to move or change its cards.
In Slack, /oppy report does the same from a small window: pick the month and the account.
Forecasts that follow budget changes
Google bills a budget changed mid-month at its new daily amount for the days left. Since 1.26, the forecast does the same. Calls and conversions follow the spend forecast, so a cut budget lowers them too.
Take a €200 daily budget raised to €300 on day 16 of a 30-day month. The last 15 days count at €300 each, so they add €4,500 to what was already spent.
The Overview's budget card reads the same changes from the account's change history. The card and the forecast now agree.
Estimates at a glance
Each task's estimate is now a few short tags, the same in the list, the board and the task window. For example: ±40 conversions, ±€860 spend, or ±120 to ±210 a month.
A done task says what its change really did once Optizads has judged it, or when that will show. Estimates also show for smaller wins: from half a conversion, or one unit of money, a month.
Keywords by day, and timely emails
Optizads now keeps each account's keywords and searches by day. Reports, Oppy and a task's evidence read them at once, with no wait on Google.
Oppy can also read your main keywords' market in Keyword Planner. It sees two years of demand, the competition and the bid range.
New emails cover the moments that need you. They mark a trial's last days, and a change that went live or failed. Others tell you about a comment on your task, a Google connection to renew, or an alert back to normal.
Every change, item by item, is in the changelog.
