Google Ads only knows what its tag or an import tells it. GA4 often sees more: a key event that was never imported, or one imported twice. Oppy reads which Google Ads goals import a GA4 event, which event, and whether it is a main goal, and flags gaps and doubles.

Open Integrations in the account
Each Google Ads account has its own Integrations page in Optizads.
Give the read permission
Google's own window asks for read-only access to Analytics. Use a login that can see the property.
Pick the property
Choose the GA4 property of the site the ads send people to. The next audit reads it.
What it does not do.
The permission is read only. Optizads cannot change your GA4 property, its events, its key events or its links to Google Ads.
It does not replace conversion tracking in Google Ads. When a goal needs fixing, the task says what to change and where.
Without GA4, every Google Ads check still runs. The GA4 comparisons are simply left out.
